ABOUT OMNA

OMNA is privately owned and operated, specialist Retail Merchandising Service company. We have been operating since 1986 and currently have many long standing, high profile clients - some of them for more than 23 years. Our field sales and marketing team of over 180 merchandisers actively service metropolitan, regional and national retail stores throughout Australia. Our team members like the friendly environment at Omna so much, that some have stayed with us for over 20 years.

OMNA specialises in areas such as Outsourced Field Sales & Marketing, Vendor Refilling, Visual Merchandising, Mystery Shopping and tailor-made Merchandising Plans for some very well known brands. We cover a wide and varied range of consumer products and all merchandisers are trained in each store’s reorder procedure as well as any special procedures that are unique to our supplier’s product range and store presentation.

In addition to a stock reorder service, all merchandisers are fully competent in all aspects of plan-o-gram maintenance, resetting and range changes. Stock inventory management is also a key aspect in the merchandiser’s role where correct stock levels are set and maintained for the benefit of the supplier and retailer.

The OMNA field team are involved with the monitoring and reporting of compliance with regards to approved range, ticketing and planogram display. This information is collated into a report which provides valuable support to suppliers during their range review meetings.

Through its expertise OMNA has achieved a considerable client base. Clients recognise the need to provide an efficient service in their retail outlets. We are a critical part of a suppliers marketing plan and because OMNA is a specialist in its field, the supplier is assured of success in the areas of store servicing and stock management.

OMNA's merchandiser team becomes a part of the supplier’s field force structure and is designed to compliment and support existing supplier field teams. We also act as the sole representation for many companies and have integrated our systems into the supplier’s head office infrastructure to optimise our services.

OMNA's success is primarily based on its ability to work within the store’s system across all departments and provide the necessary support to achieve full stock levels, ensuring stock is set to plan-o-gram, tidy and well presented.
